Yes they do. Whether or not an animal is kept mainly indoors, Rabies is required by law, and respiratory viruses and bacteria may be carried into your home on your clothing!

How wet your pets nose is, does not determine his/her health.
"My dog does not need to be on heartworm prevention to protect him/her from contracting heartworm disease."
There are no proven natural products including barriers like fences and bug zappers, that will prevent heartworm disease.

Pets do not have to be 6 months of age to spay or neuter. This will not hinder their growth, or cause them to gain weight.
"Eating canned food will cause dental disease in my pet."
Dental disease is determined by genetics, and regular dental care. Canned food has very little impact.
