Dr. Katie Kenny-Foeldessy graduated from University College Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Since then she has worked in small animal practices in the Hamilton area caring for cats and dogs. Unlike many of her colleagues her first dream was to become a marine biologist. This changed after a co-op placement working with a veterinarian in South Africa, where she fell in love with the hands-on work of helping animals. Her main areas of interest in her work are preventative medicine, routine surgery, and geriatric care. In her personal life she enjoys reading, yoga and hiking with her daughter, partner and dog Cedar. She looks forward to meeting and helping your furry family members!
