Becoming a veterinarian was Dr. Melanie’s childhood dream. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Toronto Metropolitan University in 2021, she made that dream reality when she was accepted into the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph, graduating with her DVM in 2025.

Dr. Melanie is excited to build strong relationships with her patients and their pet parents. She has a special interest in feline medicine and is passionate about adopting the fear free approach with every patient. 

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys shopping, singing, crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family. She also has a beautiful grey and white domestic shorthair cat named Sadie, who loves playing outside and is even learning a few tricks.
