Tracy, (aka Crazy Cat Lady), happily joined the Grand River Team in November 2025. She has worked in the Niagara and Norfolk regions over the past 22 years, building strong, trusting bonds with both pets and their families. 

She lives in Norfolk County with her "Crazy Cat Guy" and 2 cats., Tarot and Leusha.
